The Institute for Sociocultural and Environmental Cooperation (ICSA), a civil society organization founded on March 14, 2024, focuses on defending social rights, environmental, cultural, and human development causes. Its scope of activities includes scientific research and development, event organization, technical and professional initiatives, and the promotion of sociocultural projects aimed at social transformation. The Institute seeks to contribute to the generation of opportunities, encourage education, cultural appreciation, and environmental preservation, always benefiting communities at risk and vulnerable. Headquartered in Taguatinga Sul, Brasília, DF, ICSA operates as a private, non-profit association and aims to support and implement public policies, as well as develop initiatives in partnership with public agencies and the private sector, strengthening the positive social impact in its areas of operation.

Training Athletes and Martial Arts Instructors

The Training Martial Arts Athletes and Teachers program is an innovative initiative focused on training instructors and developing athletes in various sports, promoting technical development,
discipline, ethics, and citizenship. Focused on social transformation, the program offers courses, training, and social projects that strengthen physical, mental, and social skills, benefiting children, youth, and communities in vulnerable situations.

Among athletes, coaches, and the public, approximately 200 people were impacted.

Faculdade Cerrado in partnership with ICSA

Held in partnership with the Federal District’s State Secretariat for Culture and Creative Economy, the Event Organization Course, with an emphasis on culture and the creative economy, trained more than 550 students.

We held the Qualificultura professional training event for participants. The central theme was the organization, planning, and execution of artistic and cultural events, addressing topics such as the creative economy, creativity, innovation, and digital media, with a 120-hour workload.

Training of Construction Employees

The Construction Workers Training program is an initiative focused on the technical and professional development of construction workers, fostering the development of practical skills, workplace safety, discipline, and professional responsibility. Focused on valuing human capital, the program offers courses, training, and workshops that strengthen technical and social skills, benefiting employees, companies, and the communities in which they operate.
